We had the same issue as the other guy who posted about quality. We went in to order, I ordered a #1 with oregano, onion and cucumber. There was one piece if piece of meat, 3 cucumber slices, 4 onion pieces, and barely any mayo. I have been to several Jimmy Johns around the area and never has it been like this. Perhaps training from the Plymouth or Wayzata store is in order.

We got the party box, all of the sandwiches were supposed to be the same, but some sandwiches didn’t have meat, they all had to much mayo and weird stuff, and no good parking spots for our coach bus

Ordered 16 sandwiches and was expecting some kind of slight error with so many orders for delivery, missing bag of chips, tomatoes when ordered none, etc. But...they nailed it!! Flawless execution delivered a few minutes early. Thanks so much and welcome to the neighborhood. (to the people who trashed you with a bad review....get over yourself)

I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John's today around 7:30 p.m. My family and I stopped in for a quick dinner. As soon as we walked in, one of the employees immediately complained to the rest of the staff that "more people were coming in." I even asked if they were closing so we could go somewhere else, but another employee said they were open until 10:00 p.m. The same employee began taking our order but walked away in the middle of it after someone came into the restaurant with a box of what appeared to be used personal items for the employees. She stopped helping us to rummage through the box while another employee finished our order. While waiting for our food, I watched her sort through the box wearing her food-service gloves, handling items like used shampoo and other miscellaneous products. She then walked to the back, returned still wearing the same gloves, grabbed bread from the bread rack, and started preparing food without changing her gloves. I immediately told the employee making our sandwiches that I did not want her preparing our food because she had contaminated her gloves. Instead of simply changing them, she responded with an attitude and said, "So what? It's not for your food." I explained that it didn't matter whose food she was making because cross-contamination affects everyone. She became upset, threw the bread away, and refused to give me her name when I asked. When I took out my phone to document the situation, she ran to the back, where I could hear her complaining about me to the other employees. I later saw on my receipt that her name was Isabella. I have attached photos of the box of items that was brought into the restaurant and my receipt. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and, more importantly, poor food safety practices. Employees should never handle outside items and then touch food or food-contact surfaces without changing gloves. I hope management reviews the security footage, addresses this employee's behavior, and provides additional food safety training. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
