  One of the managers, William, went above and beyond to fix an error on my order; I cannot thank him enough and will never forgot how much he helped by going so much out of his way and sincerely going above and beyond. I meant to put this review in sooner but have been extremely busy, but I cannot stress enough how thankful I am!!!

  My husband and I love Jimmy Johns and have ordered from this location about 10 times since they’ve opened. Knowing it’s a newer location, we didn’t complain the first few times that there were mistakes with our sandwich orders as we assumed they were working out the kinks with training, however, when there are mistakes more than 50% of the time that becomes an issue for a paying customer. The manager credited our account for the last two orders, which is appreciated but with the track record this location has, I don’t think we will be returning. It’s unfortunate.

  Very dirty place. Lettuce was brown and slimey. Bread was clearly old. Extremely disappointing visit.

  They have delivery vehicles marked in the parking lot, but they still sent my delivery through Uber which made it take 40 minutes. Why do you even have drivers? On top of that, when it finally arrived the turkey was disgusting, starting to get brown in the middle. I used to work at a different Jimmy John's and letting meat like that out the door would have gotten me fired. This location is run by incompetent people.
