    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered chicken wings, but the driver brought pizza, which I never ordered. As soon as the driver left my door, I started calling the restaurant to explain the mistake. The phone number connected to my order was ignored, and they kept hanging up on me. However, when I called from a different number, they answered immediately. When I explained the problem and asked for either the correct food to be delivered or a refund, the employee was very rude and hung up on me. Instead of fixing their mistake professionally, they canceled the order. I have been a regular customer for a long time and even have an account with them, so this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers, hanging up on them, and being rude is not how a business should handle a problem. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this location unless they seriously improve the way they treat their customers. For reference for the management my order was in 6/26/2026 timing between 10:30 and 11:30 and the order was canceled at 10:15 by the employee

    Ordered at 1045pm now 1150pm no food online order no delivery to me no call nothing trashy location never to get it together hire better people that will really fo they job or get an better night manger

    Called the store because the website wasn't working. Lady who answered had a nasty attitude and was being extremely difficult. Just snapping at me for absolutely no reason 0/5 stars. Just ridiculous

    I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Domino’s. Two weeks in advance, I prepaid and preordered eight pizzas (four cheese and four pepperoni) for my students’ last day of school. The pickup time was scheduled for June 5, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. On May 30, I received a phone call stating that my order was being canceled and that a refund would be issued because the location could not deliver to the location. I was told I would need to place the order through the New Hope location. Concerned about my order, I called Domino’s for clarification and was later told there had been a mix-up and that my pizzas would still be ready as scheduled. Unfortunately, the problems continued on the day of pickup. The person picking up the order on my behalf was told the pizzas would not be ready at the scheduled time, and the employee was reportedly rude and had an attitude during the interaction. When the pizzas were finally ready, the employee claimed my card had been declined. However, my bank confirmed that no attempt had been made to process the payment. As a result, the person picking up the order paid for the pizzas out of pocket. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Because no tip was left, the employee allegedly cursed at the person picking up my order. There is absolutely no excuse for that type of behavior toward a customer. The lack of communication, conflicting information, payment issues, unprofessional attitude, and disrespectful treatment made what should have been a simple pickup order incredibly stressful. As a teacher trying to do something special for my students on their last day of school, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional training on customer service and professionalism. No customer should be treated this way.

    The bread bites—YUCK! The cinnamon coating is on only like 10% of the bread and the bread was all flat and not at all fluffy like pictured. Also were super oily.
