    I was here on 5/7 and went inside to place a to go order. We had gotten fries instead of potatoes cakes, when I brought it up, they fixed it but had me hand the fries back and put them into someone’s else’s order after I touched them. Then when I went to the counter to get some Arby’s sauce to go, the workers acted upset I interrupted their conversation.

    I screwed up and forgot part of my order realized it when I got home. Not only did they apologize they dropped a new order when I went back to get it. Fantastic customer service!

    Employee named Jefferson at the drive-thru was unprofessional on 4/17/27 around 10 pm. He asked if my obvious safety glasses were "prescription", insisted to know why im wearing them and said he was thinking why i would be wearing safety glasses. Totally unsolicited. Not to mention the blank stare throughout the entire transaction. Even as I was leaving, he continued to stare without saying a word. Very unprofessional young man
