  At 9:26pm I pull through with my husband who ordered a (dt385) with a clear direction but servicer on the intercom either was in a rush to or did not hear him. We came to the drive through and met with Chikita who's response was not only disrespectful but to cover her misbehavior went and call the manager to report that she was be disrespected. I felt sad knowing that she will frame a lie after disrespectfully reminding the customer that he needed to have said something to the server. Her attitude needs a video surveillance to confirm if she has a good customer service. I see the reason that customers are not enthusiastic about coming to that store. I hope management investigate this report for clarification and future trust.

  I like this Arby's. It's kinda tucked away and has a nice atmosphere.

  Our family eats here very often, the food is good, the place is clean, the workers are pleasant under any circumstances, especially in winter, the hot food is so delicious in winter weather, I really can recommend this location to buy a meal.
