  Placed an online order for two sandwiches. Upon pick up we asked for sauce. This old lady with blonde hair who looked like she was in her late 50s said she was a manger said she put sauce in the bag. Confused because it wasn’t requested when I placed the order, so left and open the bag and no sauce. Came back in asked for sauce and right away she yelled she knows she put sauce in the bag, and isn’t a liar, that’s interesting because how did she put sauce in the bag if it wasn’t requested on my online order?? So yes you are a liar. She argued about sauce that she allegedly put in our bag. Very unprofessional!

  Ive never wrote a review before, but the manager Jenny was super rude. Around 8:30 pm she was arguing with me over sauce on the side LoL. Goofy Ahhh

  I’m pretty sure they gave me about a week old stale bread because it was rockhard.

  I’ve ordered from this specific store in the past with no issue. The food was always great and quick delivery. However, I ordered a delivery order today and I had waited 35 minutes before calling the store to let them know it wasn’t delivered. I spoke with the Employee that said she delivered the order. I informed her that the order was not at my front door, It was not at my side door. She spoke with her manager, who then said it was delivered and that it’s now my responsibility. I told her that I understood that, however on my camera, nobody has been at my house all day, and that I still did not receive any order. I tried to ask more questions about if she was sure that it was the right house, and then The manager then said “my driver isn’t blind and she delivered it”. I tried really hard to be gracious about the situation. I understand things happen, however, I just wanted it to be made right. I would’ve been happy to send them my camera footage from the time they said it was delivered if asked. The manager then said just this one time she would void it for me. I really enjoy Jimmy John’s but this was a poor experience. Real bummer

  I love coming to this specific location for food. The manager, Celia, made my experience especially welcoming. She’s very kind with a great attitude and was able to help me out with an issue on my online order. Give this sweet lady a raise! 10/10 experience.
