- NSNathan Sundberg1 day ago1.0I can't speak for the meal. Manager was rude and condescending to the special needs worker and the entire crew. I walked out before I placed an order. I was going to purchase a cake.
- HHhrae6104 days ago1.0Horrible Service! The workers in drive thru don't make sure the lids on the cups are on all the way when putting drinks in the cup holder. When the drinks spill all over you and your car the Owner Neil doesn't apologize but ask you didn't you see the lids weren't on all the way. Then tells you he's not going to get involved and to contact corporate. We will never go this Dairy Queen again.

When I did go in the place stunk like an Indian food restaurant and the people in the bag were carrying on a loud conversation. I walked over to get a mother's Day cake being that it's 3 days before mother's day. Not a single one. I grabbed some random cake and took it to the register. The people were still in the back carrying on a conversation. I had to yell to get somebody's attention, when they came out they rushed me through and out the door without so much as a apology or anything else. There are enough dairy Queens in my area that I will never stop at this one again. And for the love of god, clean up the bird poop on the front of your building. It's absolutely disgusting to walk into a restaurant and see that.

Everything in the restaurant was broken from the tea machine to the bathroom stall. The bathroom had no soap which made me feel better about eating the food I ordered. Stay away from this DQ. Take the extra time drive down round Lake Boulevard to the Andover DQ. The owners of this DQ clearly do not care about the restaurant nor their customers.
