  Picked up my to go order today at 11:15am. Think it would be fresh but the chips are so stale you can literally bend them without breaking. Kids meal only had rice. Then my $22 barbacoa bowl i paid for extra meat and all the other fixing had not even a scoop of meat and my entire bowl was flooded with grease. Im fine with paying the outrageous amount for double meat but I didnt even get 1 serving, couldn't even eat it because the grease ruined the entire thing.

  special thank you employees working tonight (6/11)!! this location does a wonderful job, only one where the food tastes real. where many locations it feels like a gamble to order, this location remains the best one!!

  what the hell is the problem with the online orders? Why did they keep helping other customers when there’s 15 people waiting for their goddamn order?

  While I was in line with 6 other people there was one young African American women who was helping every customer from start to finish. She gave excellent customer service and you could tell she was working her fastest. My issue was the 2 other men that where chatting, sweeping behind make line and stocking and completely ignoring the customers. At one point one of these men came and started to make himself food while new customers where in line.

  I’m leaving a review in hopes that management makes some serious changes here. First of all, the food was good. No complaints here. Every single other element in this restaurant was awful. Every table appeared dirty, all of the Tractor Farms drinks were out, the entire area a mess, every visible trash can in the restaurant was full, including both bathrooms. Neither bathroom had paper towels or soap dispensers that worked (wondering how employees wash their hands…) This is the dingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Not to mention a disinterested staff with no customer service skills, let alone the ability to smile at a customer. Please, please, PLEASE bring back the Chipotle this used to be!
