- TTTim Tran2 days ago1.0I am writing to report a serious food safety issue that occurred during my visit to your restaurant yesterday. I ordered a burrito bowl, and after taking a few bites, I swallowed something sharp that became lodged in my throat. As the day went on, the pain became worse while I was at work. I eventually had to go to the restroom and vomit because of the discomfort. When I did, I pulled a piece of plastic out of my throat. This was a painful and frightening experience, and I am very concerned that plastic was present in my food. This is unacceptable!!!! I consider this a very serious food safety issue. I am requesting that Chipotle investigate how this foreign object ended up in my food and explain what steps will be taken to prevent something like this from happening to another customer.
