  Had a big order and hour before closing, it was handled with expertise and courtesy. Order was perfect and food excellent. Staff was outstanding.

  I've enjoyed mobile ordering. Put the order in, let them know if it's an ASAP, or, pick a time frame for pick-up. But, I do find that the AP can't be relied on for "when your order is ready". I've had to wait in the parking lot 10 minutes. Order is already paid for, so I get the impression Mobile prepaid orders aren't a priority. But, we enjoy their burgers, and keep going back...

  So SO slow, I sat for over 15 minutes waiting for two drinks that I ordered ahead. I don't understand what takes so long, especially because there was only one person at the drive through when I arrived. No one else was here after that for quite a while and when another person came they got their food and left before I got anything. I didn't even order complicated drinks, just lemonades. I finally ended up going to the drive-thru and they acted like they had never gotten my order even though the app updated and said that it was ready 5 minutes before I had even placed the order. The worst
