  This location is horrible. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but like…. Placed an order through the app 30 minutes before they close. The app accepted the order and said they’re working on it, I was charged, etc. I head to the location and arrived within 5 minutes of placing my order. It’s totally dark, no one in the parking lot, fully closed. Why do they not just adjust their hours if they always close early? I swear this is like the 4th time this has happened to me. Not to mention they always get something with the order wrong, and take foreverrrrr when they’re actually open. Might be worth it to drive further just to avoid this place altogether.

  Got food poisoning from eating here. Manager wasnt even apologetic. Go elsewhere.

  Absolutely the slowest JJ's I have ever been too. Don't come here on your lunch break, the people that work here absolutely do not care about anything being done in a remotely efficient manner.

  These people are lazy or don't read the receipt I order extra mayo they put the littlest mayo possible zero stars. Let's do better

  I went there this evening went thru the drive thru had a free regular sandwich for my birthday there was vehicle putting there order in ahead of me I pulled up nobody came on the speaker I said hello 6 times after waiting about 5 minutes I just pulled around the vehicle that was ahead of me was still there waited about 5 more minutes till they got their sandwiches in the meantime a car pulled behind me I was surprised how they got their order taken finally someone comes to the window I tell him Noone was answering or answered my calls he proceeds to walk away and go back to doing whatever he was doing when he finally comes back he's got the car behind me sandwich and asks me to pull around again I'm very annoyed at this point but I do it they take my order I order 2 regular sandwiches pull to the window wait a few minutes then they come tell me their out of onions which I order extra onion so I canceled my order it over 25 minutes from the time I got there to this point .... needless to say I'm never going back there again the in competence was off the chain...Missed my free regular sandwich ...Don't know when if ever I'll go to jimmy johns again.. I went to Jersey Mike's had no problems was in and out and they had onions .....
