  Awful, rude customer service will not even help you with your order.They just throw down the counter!!! This place needs a customer service review by the management!!

  I should have turned around when I walked in and saw a bottle of hydrogen peroxide with q-tips on the counter and the employee being "cleaned by his friend. But I really wanted pizza and he wasn't the one preparing the food so I let it go. I proceeded to order (or try to order) a Hut Box that I'd just looked up online and confirmed was on the printed menu in the store. It should've been $9-10 but the employee told me my total was $16.64. I thought it was odd but the price I saw was online so I thought maybe it was an "online only" deal. So I pay and ask if I just grab a bottle of pop from the cooler and the employee asks "you want to add a pop"? I've ordered these Hut Boxes before so I know a pop comes with it so I said "no, isn't it included"? The employee shrugged his shoulders and said "I can get you a pop" (begins to type on the screen to ring me up a pop). I asked "for $16 the pop isn't included"? The employee said "well you can just take one if you want". I walked away to find the information online and found the same information about the Hut Box that I'd found earlier. So I went back to the counter and asked why I was charged $16.64 when it should've been less than $10. The employee shrugged his shoulders again and said "I don't know". I asked for a receipt that was itemized to show exactly what I ordered and it did not show what I ordered. After some back and forth, the employee asked "so what do you want"? I asked if he can just cancel the order, so that's what he said he did. When I asked if I could get a receipt of the cancelation, the employee said "no". I asked "there's no way for you to give me a receipt that shows the money will go back on my card"? The employee again said "no, there's no way to do that". I said "so I just have to trust that you canceled it and I'll get my money back"? The employee shrugged his shoulders and said "yea".

  Jamie our server..was great...very attentive, just overall a great guy...Pizza was good and Hot...salad was ice cold ...breadsticks super fresh ...great restaurant and prices ...GREAT JOB GUYS
