The hospitality shown to me at the Cloquet Arby's made me legitimately want to move to Minnesota. If you're not getting the jalapeno bites with bronco berry sauce what are you even doing

The little girl working the drive- thru had horrendous manners. She has short black hair, an upper side lip piercing. (Believe it was on the left side.) She was awful and intentionally rude to me and my residents who were simply trying to get a snack after a long day. Going out of your way to be snobby isn't proving a point. It shows that you are unprofessional, immature and dismissive of human decency. I was respectful and still upbeat, until we drove off. Hopefully the attitude can adjusted.

This really isn't about the food or service other than it is slow. This is about how the handicap access works. The parking space is in a corner at the end of the drive through. A person has to cross traffic then make their way 20 feet on a sidewalk to go into the back door. ADA requires 60% accessibility. This set up seems dangerous for people in any capacity. Then to think of how it is in winter. Last week we witnessed two elderly customers struggle to get up the stairs with walkers because the closest place to the main entrance is in regular parking. Yes they made the choice to park and take the stairs but ultimately it was safer for them than the spot in the corner crossing a diagonal and down a sidewalk that they both wouldn't be able to do next to each other. I think you can do better
