  Popped in at 6 PM for a quick bite on the way home from work. Rice was dark brown as if they recycled what was left over from lunch. All the food selections were colorless and looked like they had been there since the day before. My plate looked like slop, the food was not warm and tasted overcooked. Panda express is much more superior with freshness and vibe altogether.

  I had a very disappointing experience at LeaAnn Chin today due to poor customer service from the employee at the front counter. I have a dietary restriction and cannot eat mushrooms, so I requested my usual fried rice without them. The employee informed me that if I wanted the mushrooms removed, they would only include eggs in the dish something that has never been an issue during my previous visits. Although I found this response unhelpful and inflexible, I reluctantly agreed and proceeded with the order. When my food was ready, the employee left it sitting on the counter rather than bringing it to my table. Instead, she walked over to my table just to tell me it was ready. This required the same amount of effort as simply delivering the order, making the choice feel unnecessarily dismissive. Overall, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. This is not the level of service I expect from LeaAnn Chin, and I am seriously considering not returning.

  My grandmother went through the drive thru and received to wrongful orders, even though yes, on the receipt is what she ordered but got the WRONG meat. We called and the “manager” argued with my father and told him he was wrong. The manager on shift tonight who is a woman has to be the most rude, unprofessional sorry excuse of an employee and should be terminated if they want business. If I could give negative stars I would.

  Unique experience for a Leeann Chin as I have not been to the Chanhassen location for over a month where I had lunch. Dinnertime was definitely busier as I was at the end of the line and think five ahead of me. Food quality was spot-on and the dining area was clean. Probably the only issue I had was watching the staff make fun of customers as they either left or walked over to the dining room to eat. Kind of stunned that they would make fun of a couple that was in line in front of me and then a customer came in and was simply ignored and got frustrated that he was not being taken care of. Sad, because this location is one of their nicer restaurants when compared to SLP or Ridgedale Mall. Would I return here again? Absolutely but only for lunch.
