    I custom ordered a #5 Vito, and the sandwich was great and the chips were fresh. My only complaint is that the cookie was refrigerator cold, dry, and crumbly.

    A disappointing visit to a usually great chain. Freaky slow, and the sandwich maker dumped all of the hot peppers and onions into one big clump in the middle of the sandwich, not spread evenly across the sandwich fillings.
