  I had the BBQ burger and I ordered it medium rare. Burger was delicious cooked like I wanted and had a great smokey BBQ flavor. Service was fantastic as well. I will definitely come back.

  I LOVE Houlihan's in Chanhassen Minnesota. My brother and I eat there at least twice each week! It has become a tradition to eat there on Sunday evenings (when we don't feel like cooking) and on Tuesdays when Houlihan's sends out an email for the special of the day! Just sign up for their "Birthday Club" and you'll get their emails and a FREE ENTRÉE (up to a $15 value) on your birthday! We ate there this evening and it was delicious and we had enough to bring a box of leftovers home, as usual!! ASHLEY was our server and she was amazing!! She didn't hover, but checked back and brought drink refills, without being asked, just at the right time! Next time you're there, ask to be seated in Ashley's section and tip her well!! Another awesome server at Houlihan's is LISA! She too is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Her section is another where we often ask to be seated! She is great at remembering us and making us feel like friends, not just customers. Their kitchen manager is also a really special part of Houlihan's. He makes the rounds through the restaurant to check in with customers and make sure everything is just right for them! He's also very good at recognizing return customers and making them feel welcome and valued! We love Houlihan's!!

  Menu is good and gives you some unique options compared to other similar restaurants in the area. So, if you do takeout often, it is good to put this place in the rotation. Quality of the food can vary quite a bit. E.g. our entrees yesterday were consistently more oily than previous times, hence the average 3 star rating for variability. For takeout--you're forced to create a chownow account for takeout and it saves your credit card info. Other vendors are able to use chownow as guest. Something to look into, as saved credit cards pose a security risk.
