  I eat Chipotle a lot -- but this one I try to avoid at all costs. Even if I am in the area, I will sometimes go out of my way to drive to a different Chipotle, just because of how small portions they give, and how dirty the place is. Employees are not nice, and act like the food comes out of their paycheck. I often times ask for double portion, and get only one scoop. When I ask for another scoop, employees do not fail to make it known that they are annoyed.

  No urgency seen in the staff during peak hours. Took about 30 minutes after arriving to receive my app order that said ready for pickup on the app. I saw multiple customers getting frustrated as they were in the same boat as me. Either waiting way too long, or getting frustrated with the line staff not being urgent whatsoever. Atmosphere was very uncomfortable because of all this, so I definitely won't be visiting this location again, even though it's the closest to my home. It's worth the gas and time driving to Minnetonka.

  I am absolutely furious after the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had at the Chanhassen, MN location. The manager working around 4:30pm on May 27, 2026, had the absolute worst customer service skills imaginable. This young woman had such a nasty, hostile attitude from the second I walked up. I even tried lightening the mood and making a joke to get a smile out of her nothing. She just got snappy, rude, and downright disrespectful for no reason at all. When I asked a coworker for her name, he refused and said he "wasn't allowed" to give it out. I asked her directly and she snapped back "WHY?!" with pure attitude. At that point I told her I would be calling corporate. She literally laughed in my face and started talking trash about me to her coworker as I walked out. Are you kidding me? I'm spending $25 on a burrito bowl and I can't even get basic politeness? This location has a pathetic 3.0 star rating and now I completely understand why they clearly don't care about customers at all. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect. I will never be back to this Chipotle again. I'm emailing corporate right now and I hope they actually do something about this girl's terrible behavior before she ruins the experience for even more paying customers.

Best as a simple stop when you want something fast and familiar without expecting a standout meal.
