- ALAustin Lane4 days ago1.0I went to chipotle yesterday with my brother for dinner. We went through the line nicely and got our order. When I went to pay I used Apple Pay, it said approved and the receipt popped out and I was asked if I wanted it, I declined and walked away. I was called back by the woman training the man at the counter and she said my card didn’t go through. So I didn’t think much of it so I did it again and walked away. I then looked at my phone and I was charged for 20.52 at 5:03 and 15.02 at the same exact time. So I went back and told the woman and she said I wasn’t charged. But I explained that I was charged for the person who didn’t pay before me (20.52) and my own (15.02). She said it didn’t go through then she rolled her eyes at me. Till today I have paid for the random persons meal before mine and was rudely told I wasn’t wrong when I mentioned I was charged for someone else’s meal as well. Wouldn’t go back to this chipotle, rude employees.

The lady that was putting on the toppings was very skimpy with the salsa, cheese, sour cream, and queso dip. It disgusts me how overall, Chipotle has gone skimpy on their portions since I started eating their food in the early 2000’s. They are following the same business model as other large corporations. That business model is less bang for your buck and pay more for terrible service. I don’t appreciate how Chipotle isn’t putting customer satisfaction first anymore. To the franchise and corporate owners, if there’s a high demand for your food and there’s a short supply of it, stop opening new stores. Please work on cleaning up the inside of your restaurants or just have your food to go. At this point, either have great service with great value for the money customers spend on food or close your doors until you are able to do so. Thank you.
