  This was from a few days ago, but just disappointed that it was delivered by some random dude from doordash in the backseat of an Altima without a thermal bag? Gross. The pizza this time unfortunately wasn't made very well either.

  I ordered carry out from this location and they not only messed up my order, but gave me burnt food as well. When I got home and saw the incorrect order and burnt pizza, I called the store and the employee offered to remake it as long as I could come back and pick it up. I could not and did not think it made sense to waste my own gas money for their mistakes, so they instead PROMISED me that their GM would provide me a refund and a call the next day. I called the next day since I had not been contacted and the GM answered. When I told them the issue they said they had given me store credit instead (without my consent or a conversation). I said I didn’t plan on ever returning to that store and was promised a refund and they told me they don’t do refunds. I have never been to a restaurant or store that doesn’t provide refunds for their own incorrect orders so I asked to talk to upper management and they told me they would not connect me or give their information. The GM then told me they were too busy to deal with me and my complaint. I found them to be rude and dismissive as well as a bad employee if they couldn’t fix the issue their own store had caused. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the Pizza Hut official website since the store refused to do anything and I will continue to do so until my order is refunded for not only the pizzas but because the employees created a horrible experience. I never leave reviews, but this whole experience has been so HORRIBLE that I felt the need. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  Went inside to wait for my food and Watched both employees making the pizza and boxing them Touching the food with no gloves on!! One of the girls bracelet was rubbing all over the pizza as she was making it Highly disgusting should definitely be wearing gloves
