  Came there with my family and the manager was rude they didn’t have ice didn’t have ice for my son pop my girlfriend did a steak quesadilla online the steak was gross to much fatty on the meat the manager when I asked for the refund rolled his eyes at just bad experience didn’t have a name tag on so don’t know his name

  I ordered online and got the wrong food or they just completely made my bowl wrong. The label on the outside of the bag had my full name on it, and the label on top of the tin had my name and listed every single thing that I asked for on the bowl on the sticker. The contents inside the bowl were completely wrong. There was both types of beans and corn in it and I didn't ask for any of that. I asked for both chicken and beef and there was neither. I don't know if they just mixed up bowls or whatever the heck happened. I was really looking forward to that food too.

  Food is typical for Chipotle so this review is primarily for their service. Ordered pickup two weeks ago with six ordered each with different options/names assigned and they only marked three of the orders to know which was which. Ordered take out again for six separate orders and this time they did not mark any of them. That is the purpose of assigned names to each order. They also did not make orders correct with right ingredients in at least my order.

  I placed an online order for a cheese quesadilla, but when I arrived to pick it up, I discovered it had chicken in it. I politely informed the manager at the register, but he immediately told me that I had placed the order incorrectly and refused to remake it unless I paid for another one. Since I had already paid and did not want the incorrect item, I was understandably frustrated. I decided to purchase the rest of my food and slid the bag with the incorrect quesadilla back across the counter, stating that I did not want it. The manager became upset over that and then refused to let me pay for the rest of my order. At that point, I asked to speak with the other manager on duty. He immediately stepped in, listened to my concerns, and without hesitation remade my cheese quesadilla. Victor, who was working on the make line, also helped by cashing me out and was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. I especially want to recognize Victor for his exceptional customer service. He demonstrated outstanding de-escalation skills, remained calm, respectful, and welcoming, and helped turn what had been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Employees with his level of professionalism and people skills are invaluable in the restaurant industry. Victor has the qualities of a strong leader and would make an excellent manager. He deserves recognition for the way he represents your company and the care he shows your customers.
