  Haven't been here for 23 years, finally brought my wife back as we were passing by for nostalgic reasons and what a change. Very little seating after they remodel in 2020 and more set up for takeout :(

  Delivery driver was driving thru my neighborhood on his phone and almost hit us. We honked and yelled watch it get off your phone and he gave us the middle finger. Not sure I appreciate Pizza Hut giving me the finger when they are breaking the law almost causing car accident on the phone. We have kids back here. Maroon Saturn delivery car.

  Pizza Hut with your friend I was going for the next couple of weeks but I don't think I can use to get the other half to use it Currently but it's still not the other way you think it's the same as you can see you in.

  Online order, the APP said ready by 10:31pm. We sat at the drive thru window with the motion alarm notifying the store of our arrival for far too long. Alarm ringing away just going un answered. The window was wide open and we heard no movement inside. Just the ding aling alinging. Finally an employee looked out the window then glanced up at the order screen and ran to the prep table and threw our order together and in the oven. Then came and processed the payment before notifying us that it was going to be a little longer, because our order was just put in the oven. When we asked what the hold up was, he said, "I'm the only one working, and we're swamped. I could see your order screen with only 2 orders on it.. the store and parking lot were empty. It was very quiet. You were not in the kitchen when we arrived. the app failed to give us an accurate time for pick up. We suggest scheduleing 2 employees so orders are out on time. Or maybe the app needs to allow updates to notify customers of a later pick up time. Very disappointed in the customer service provided about this issue at the store. Food was hot and delicious as always! We will be back again.
