  Asked for extra hot peppers and when they finished my sandwich I asked them if they put extra hot peppers on they said they did. Called them when I got home to let them know and how to fix it. They hung up on me.

  Jimmy John's is always pretty good nothing to complain about and it's great food and very quick. I like that you can see them making it which adds some personality to the experience

  Ive been to this JJ's many times in the past, but none of those experiences compare to this one. Today 04/26/26 around 2 pm I came in with a hunger like no other. I wanted a sandwich a little more customized, extra peppers, freebies ...etc. The crew as a whole responded incredibly friendly and politely to my requests and crafted me an incredibly delicious sandwich. They were so nice and helpful. Best experience ive had here by far and it drove me to review it because people need to hear this. What a welcoming feeling being here. Thanks crew! You do an amazing job and I hope you know that!

  Pretty ridiculous that I put in an order at 1:24 PM and the store receives it at 1:25 PM and then I don’t get a notification that it’s not ready until 1:59 PM. Luckily, I went in after about 15 minutes of waiting, and my sandwich was just sitting there. Always problems here.
