    One of the worst fast food “restaurants” I’ve ever been to. Comparable to Wendy’s in Cambridge. Ordered a chicken wrap and when they brought it out it was squished and soaking wet like they dipped it in a cup of water.

    The lady who took my order in the drive through had a nasty attitude, wasn't pleasant to talk to or order... Mad me feel very uncomfortable. I have never seen anything from arbys made so messy... And the hot beef and cheddar wasn't even HOT

    People here are rude and disrespectful. Not everybody orders food every single day in the app and then is aware if they call your name or not when your order is ready.
