  In this store they do not help with drink holder, it is difficult to carry more than 2 drinks at a time, there is a risk that they will fall into the vehicle and everything will be scattered, they should solve that because the employees only thing they say there is no sorry but they do not put themselves in one's place.

  Don’t go here after 2:30am. That’s when the close, not 3am as advertised. I just went there on 5/13. Got there at 2:47am. Had to wait 3 minutes before anyone responded. Then the guy said we’re closed in a very rude voice. He seemed mad for some reason. Then he tells me I have no food to sell you and to leave. I hope this person has the same bravery to tell the general manager the truth, but I doubt it. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The other time I got there at 2:57am, so I took that L when they said they closed already that day. But today I was there earlier than that. I hope this changes and whoever the manager at the time was learns a valuable lesson. Not sure if I will try coming back at night again for a few months. Hopefully the staff changes by then or they are training properly.

  Horrible experience, the drive through worker was really disrespectful. Not to mention they had no nacho fries and we ordered online and couldn’t get a refund, also they forgot 2 tacos i don’t know how. Would not recommend this taco bell

  This location is so unprofessional. They messed up on my order and forgot items. My food was cold and when I asked them to remake the employee was extremely rude to me. When I got the remade food it was old, stale, and disgusting. They don't care about their customers. Extremely disappointing.

  > be me > long night, absolutely craving those spicy diablo nuggets > hit the drive-thru and order 10 diablo nuggets plus some tacos > young lady on the headset: "did you say 5 or 10?" > stomach growling like crazy "> 10" I say clearly > sit there daydreaming about crispy spicy perfection the whole wait > pay up > she offers a receipt > "no thanks, I'm good" > just want my food and to get home > pull into the driveway > open the box > count them > 1... 2... 3... 4... 5 > no second box > only five nuggets > no receipt > way too far to turn around now > sit there eating my half-order of 10 diablo nuggets. > mfw I got dooped > Lesson learned: always take the receipt from this establishment
