I don't know any business owner that would reprimand employees in front of customers especially after the employee heard her speaking negatively about them and were clearly impacted. She is also very unprofessional when it comes to speaking with customers. Being polite is really easy. Please give it a whirl Kristina. The world would be a better place. I believe the person that made my sandwich was named Nishaun and he has exceptional customer service skills along with being an excellent sandwich maker!
