What happened to the old general manager, Briana she helped me in multiple different stores and she had the best customer service and the best conversation. You guys need to bring her back. I followed her from store to store, Eden Prairie, Edina, Chanhassen, and Burnsville All since 2012

- NNNomemoriesAug 14, 20261.0I arrive and I get to the counter and the guy there just stares at me like he can't fathom why I'm possibly there then asks if I'm picking up Doordash. I say no and without saying a word they turn around and ignore me. A little while later a woman with unbrushed and oily hair only slightly less annoyed to be serving a paying customer took my order. So I'm already grossed out but I paid so was just gonna deal with it. The food was ok but my shake was the foulest tasting, sorry excuse for one I've ever had. I didn't think it was possible to make one that bad. I don't know what was wrong with their machine or what but we're talking not fit for human consumption.

- JJJerryJul 31, 20261.0I have been to this Burnsville location for many years. The service level has gone down over the past year. Staff turnover is high and the lack of customer service is obvious. Case in point: I asked the cashier if my coupon was accepted. He said yes. I walked to my table and noticed that it was not. I told the young kid that the coupon was not reflected in my final bill. He then said that the store no longer accepts the coupon. I asked him why would he say that it was accepted then. He said he did not. He was plain lying in front of my face. Dishonesty is a bad trait to have in an employee. I will never go back to this store again.
