We have 3 kids and tried to add pickles and tomato’s to a kids burger and couldn’t. Ordered a vanilla shake and it came after we got our food (about 20 min after we ordered) and my husband said it was the worst he’s ever had. The guy taking orders hates life and did not want to be kind or happy to deal with at all. Gluten free bun was terrible. My mushroom burger was fine but I also was not allowed to add tomato’s and lettuce to it. Smash tots - we did not like the rosemary flavoring, very overwhelming and you only get 15 tots (we counted since we were dividing by 5 people). Really disappointed. This is not the same as other smash burger experiences, wondering if it was something with staff and ownership.

We've also had more than one delivery canceled because the driver was stuck waiting for the order for more than 30 minutes and just canceled it, and I would have too if I were them. I have no idea how this location stays open and available on delivery apps. Avoid this location.

The food was great, but I experienced the most disgusting hygiene behavior of a working staff there, I would say, that I have never experienced in 54 years of my life. He was cleaning the tables next to mine (while I was eating my hamburger) coughing and coughing with loud phlegm sound, yet his saliva dangling a feet from the corner of his mouth just an inch from all three tables he was slouching to clean. I wonder what is in that table rag.🤮
