  I ordered online, food was ready when I came to pickup. Sandwich was exactly how I ordered it.

  Got food here today it was okay, it's crazy it now costs $26 for one unwich and a basic sandwich with small bag if chips, no drink.

  I visited Jimmy John’s in Burnsville on Sunday evening for dinner. My fiancé and I both ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich, which we had never tried before. We were asked if we wanted the horseradish sauce and said yes, as it comes. When we received our sandwiches, I loved mine, but unfortunately my fiancé did not like the horseradish. I went up to the register and politely said, “I’m so sorry, but he really doesn’t like the sandwich.” The young man working the counter responded, “Unfortunately, I heard my shift lead ask if you wanted the horseradish and you said yes.” I explained that we said yes because we had never tried the sandwich before and didn’t know he wouldn’t like it. His response was, “Well unfortunately, I can’t do anything about you not liking it.” I clarified that my fiancé literally could not eat the sandwich, yet he still refused to remake it without the sauce. I was forced to pay for an additional sandwich because I wasn’t going to let my fiancé go without dinner. In my 15 years of working in the restaurant industry, I have never experienced a situation where a guest was refused a simple remake when they genuinely didn’t like an item—especially when it was a first-time order. I understand that I initially said yes to the horseradish, but we had no way of knowing he wouldn’t like it. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Jimmy John’s. I was extremely disappointed with how I was spoken to and treated as a paying customer. I will not be returning to this location.
