    I had to do a review because the attitude of Vanessa just was not pleasing. I come to the Jimmy John’s pretty frequently and I’ve never had an issue with anyone here. I always act the same question before I place my order if the bread is soft all the way around And how long has it been sitting. She proceeds to say that it’s still soft. I reiterated to the lady making my sandwich and ask her to please make sure she picked a soft soft piece of bread. I come here because I like the soft bread. The sandwich that she made me bread was extremely hard on the bottom of the sandwich when I addressed it to the Individual that made my sandwich, Vanessa jumped in the conversation and told me that’s how she makes her bread. All the time in her bread is always soft. I proceeded to say well this is not soft and that is why I brought it up before you guys made the sandwich so we wouldn’t have any problems. She kept Repeating well, my bread is always soft. My bread is always soft and all I said to her Well, it wasn’t soft this time and there’s no need to get defensive. She did remake the sandwich And that bread was a lot better. But the reason I’m writing this review Is because the attitude I received was not necessary. The back-and-forth the nonchalant manor that I was spoke to. Vanessa needs to work on her professional professionalism and her people skills. It’s OK to have an off day. Maybe you thought your bread was always soft and today it was not. However, I hope she turns her attitude around and she can have a good rest of her day cause I will.

    Just left Burnsville Jimmy John’s and heading to a different location because when we walked in the man and the young girl were doing online orders , made eye contact but not once acknowledged us or said a word . We stood there for maybe 5-6 minutes then just walked out . Terrible customer service and energy .

    Went there with my friend. At the burnsville location in the strip mall across from the Cub foods. Ordered a giant #10 and a giant JJBLT. Came to like 45 before tip. Proceeded to get the #10 and a sandwhich we didnt order they had messed up, so they started making the " correct " sandwich and the black lady with tattoos behind the counter said " damn why did you guys order so much food anyways " with an annoyed tone in response to needing to make the other sandwich when it wasnt even her making it she was just in the background... then we got the food, took it home and it turns out they just made another #10 instead of the JJBLT. So they messed up twice and my friend never got the sandwich he payed practically $20 for and instead got a sandwich he wont eat because he doesnt eat roast beef. So real nice experience.
