  I ordered food for my office directly from Chipotle's website. Chipotle's driver dropped half of it in our front lobby. They charged me twice for the original order and then charged me for the replacement food as well. I tried calling the local restaurant and no one ever answered and when I tried calling corporate I spent 15 minutes to get to leave a message and never heard back. Never again.

  This location has gone down in the last few years. I’d take the extra 10-15 to go to another location. Portions are a joke, rice usually undercooked and prices keep increasing

  I went one time and it was terrible! I thought I would try again and it was worse! The LITTLE meat you get is dry. The toppings are so scarce that all I taste is rice! You would think it was coming out of the employees paycheck! I will never go back. Over $10 for a bowl of rice!

  Ordered for delivery. Kid's cheese quesadilla had limp, rancid looking lettuce in it and what appeared to be either a rotten onion or piece of uncooked chicken. We purposely did not order lettuce in anything due to current lettuce issues. We threw away her meal. Ours were icy cold and clumpy, which was horrible to try to eat as clumpy cheese and hard rice is pretty gross. The fajita veggies were super mushy and stringy and just tasted off. Our whole meal was over $50 and I feel like it was a complete waste, I regret the order and will not return.

  Recently idk what has been happening but the service and portion have not met my customer expectations. One time I went they didn’t have white rice and instead of figuring it out politely they fought and said bad words in front of my ten year old. Then we left because of course my son loves chipotle white rice and won’t eat chipotle without it. Then another time I went I figured we gave it a break to figure it out and get it together but so we go again and one person just one was handling the line by herself cashier and other employees did not help at all I felt kind of bad for her but no it doesn’t end there the employees just standing there talking ignoring guest and the line there was, they would get their own food to eat I guess it was their break and would cut the young girl doing it all. I’m like? Foreals?! Who’s the manager in this location. You need to train your employees how to have good customer service they give no eye contact and look mad. I understand being tired but come on you choose to work there. One time I was ordering my food they would not give me eye contact just took my order the lady doing my sides accidentally put cheese in my bowl and when I said I never said I wanted cheese on there she would just talk to her coworkers and kind of pay attention to me she didn’t apologize remade my bowl and that’s it. Wheres the manager? Theses workers do this in front of customers and in front of you and somehow it’s okay? It is just very very ridiculous! To say the least! And please tell your employees the CEO said if we want more food to just ask for it. So don’t give attitude if you only give two pieces of chicken and I ask for more!
