- JGJoe GreenwoodMay 9, 20261.0This drive thru is a disaster. Two lanes, one dedicated for mobile orders, and it's been 22 minutes at 3pm on a Saturday and I still don't have my food. Staff is polite, setup is horrible.
- SSSean SMay 2, 20264.0It’s ok food, service is excellent. I’ve never been a huge Chik Fil A chicken sandwich person. I think they’re highly overrated. They are the epitome of the picture looks amazing but in execution they mushed and soggy. My kids like them and I’ve taken to their salads which are fresh and tasty. Other chicken restaurants have better chicken in my opinion. Service is top quality. I like how employees are wandering the store and offering to pick up trash and fill drinks with a smile.

My issues is with, kitchen staff who adds 1 extra pickle when you order extra pickles - so if you want extra pickles you have ask them for extra extra extra pickles to get 3 extra pickles (5 total). At our our last visit we also received the bottom of bin on the fries - nothing but little finger tip pieces. I didn't know why this particular Chick-fil-A has so many kitchen issues that places customers in weird stop of having to ask for more pickles or complaining about something that should never have been served or delivered to the customer.
