  Just about every time I come here there's always someone rude working in the drive thru. Orders got mixed up so let's blame the customers. When I worked at McDonald's we had to pay attention to the screens they have each order and has you vehicles picture from when you ordered so when you get to the window you can keep track the orders you read it back to the customer or you ask them what their oder is. don't try to hand them a bag that isn't theirs and they're trying to tell you it's not their oder and then blame them for the orders getting mixed up on the customers you got to pay attention it's in the training. Also in the training you shouldn't be rude to the customers!

  The worker refused to refund me when I already paid and she said I couldn’t get my food, I either get one or the other not neither. Horrible customer service coming from an ex McDonald’s employee.

  Everytime I order a dessert(pie or cookies) through the app they're never given to me. This is the 3rd time it has happened!!!!

  Dont even waste your time going here. Literally a waste of money. 🤮🤮🤮 the guy handing out food last night and the guy handing out food this morning are horrible employees. I would ask for my money back, but dont feel like waiting extra min. Already got a burnt sandwich and cold hashbrown with a crappy Carmel frappe. Would not recommend. Drive to Monticello, its worth the gas.
