  My husband and I just stopped at Chipotle in Buffalo, MN. It was not busy and 6 staff members literally ignored us. The counters, tables, floors and the serving area were literally disgusting. It turned my stomach. We walked out and will not return. Place needs to be shut down.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve tried this location I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately it will be my last! Every time the employees have been rude and act like it’s an inconvenience for them to do their job. They are out of main ingredients a lot like today it was steak. The girl in the back rolled her eyes when asked if they had any and seemed very upset she had to cut it up and said it was going to take 5 minutes to do while there were 2 other employees just standing around. The steak clearly had been done for a while considering how dry and cold it was. The topping ingredients are consistently messy and mixed with other ingredients. I asked for my sour cream on the side because of how messy they slap it on and was not told it would be an extra charge until I got to the pay counter and again the lady was very rude about it when I asked why it was a charge since I didn’t have sour cream on my tacos. Just an overall terrible experience!!!!

  “Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location. The past 3 orders I’ve gotten have all been wrong, and the employees never seem to care or try to actually resolve the issue. The only thing they offered after repeated mistakes was a free drink, which honestly doesn’t make up for constantly messed up meals. My most recent order was supposed to be loaded tacos, but instead I got tacos with barely anything in them besides chicken and sour cream. The portions were terrible and looked rushed with no attention to quality at all. I even have pictures showing how bad the order was. I understand mistakes happen occasionally, but when it keeps happening over and over and nobody wants to fix it, it becomes unacceptable. Customer service here has been disappointing and the food quality has gone downhill. Definitely not worth the money anymore.

  Classic Chipotle, I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait. I used to live a block from this location, I am still salty that it wasn’t there when I was still living in Buffalo.

  Pulled up to the delivery window 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time because its never ready by the website estimate. The old grouch at the window asked for the name on the order which I gave, then she started yelling at me about how it was a big order, she just got it, I shouldn't expect for it to be ready, and to drive around and get in line again. I literally just said the name of the order nothing else, no complaing no upset face- nothing. So I drive around and the drive through is empty so im back at the window patiently waiting, I didn't care if it wasn't ready but i didn't expect to get yelled at showing up 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. So when my order is ready she opens the window and shoves two bags out and as I was saying thank you she slams the window. It was the most bizarre moment I've ever had by just saying the name on my order. I was a little afraid eating my food after that. Last time im paying 50 bucks to get yelled at for burritos!
