Like most Taco Bell‘s and McDonald’s you absolutely must check the bag and make sure you have everything before you pull away. In my experience, something is forgotten 75% of the time.

To whom it may concern My husband and I ran up there tonight to satisfy a sweet tooth of your Carmel apple empanadas, as I knew they were back on the menu. However, the employee at the drive-thru speaker informed my husband that these were no longer served, which was incorrect. Not only was the employee rude, but the item was clearly displayed on the menu screen, available for order on the mobile app, and I had even called ahead to confirm availability before our visit. Although we live only two blocks from this location, we will no longer spend our money there. Ill hust need to find out if this location is corporately owen or independently. We hope you will address this issue with the staff at this location to ensure better customer service and accuracy in the future. Thank you Sincerely, A Disappointed customer Heather L
