  The food was really good but accept for the lettuce my daughter got the parasites in her and she’s been sick for like two weeks now it’s crazy how they say they don’t have no parasite in their lettuce, but my daughter has it from eating it on a Wednesday. I’m really disappointed in you guys. I’ve been going here for like years now. And nothing has happened.

  Rating is compared to other T-Bells. This one doesn't suck. Its not super great either. Service can be a bit slower than other locations. Many times the drive thru speaker is way too low making it really hard to hear the cashier. People at the window have always been friendly though. I have had a few food mix-ups from this location but not often.

  A friend and I thought we'd try this place out - it's the only Taco Bell Defy model in the whole world! Why they chose Brooklyn Park for this cool concept I'll never know. I've never had issues with any Taco Bell location in my life...until Taco Bell Defy in Brooklyn Park - it made me sick within an hour of eating the food there (I ordered the new Fajita Street Chupa (steak). It's been 3 hours now and I'm still sick - definitely some degree of food poisoning. 🤮🤮🤮 The service was near the worst I've ever experienced. The fewest words possible were used, there was no smile, there was no thank you, there was no "is there anything else I can get you." The bag had cheese and sauce on the outside which got on my shirt when I held the bag (before I noticed the mess) and there were no napkins included with the bag. Overall it was a terrible experience. I had higher hopes of place with this kind of technology. Update: it's now 3:24am and I still can't sleep because of what this nasty food is doing to me. It's disgusting and I'll spare you the details - but yes, it's THAT bad! Work starts in 4 1/2 hours. Update: it's going on 64 hours and I'm still sick.

  I like the food and everything it’s just when I was ordering the food and I couldn’t really hear them when I was ordering it and I accidentally messed up my order because I thought it was right but they couldn’t hear me and I didn’t know that and they gave me not what I wanted at all but it’s all fixed now
