Anytime they are asked to do something simple as provide a straw for a frappe they roll their eyes and even attempt to tell you something ridiculous like "you need to go back through the drive thru line" to get the free straw that comes with a frappe one should think! Food was mediocre, frappe was decent, but service is always awful.
