  We were so looking forward to picking up some Jimmy John's after shopping. However, when we arrived the gal behind the register didn't even look like she was awake. When I finally decided on my Thai Chicken Wrap, my husband stated he wanted a Vito on white. The gal behind the register stated that they didn't have any white bread bread just the Johnny's and wheat. So my husband ordered his Vito on wheat. The employees making the order were very efficient. However, when we received our order something did look right...the wrapped sandwich was square. Not oblong like a normal Jimmy John's Vito sandwich. We went on our merry way. When we got home my husband opened up his wrapped Vito. Much to his surprise his Vito was made on regular wheat sandwich bread. NOT a hoogie wheat bread but, sandwich wheat bread. Really! The Thai Chicken Wrap was very tasty but, we were disappointed in the Vito. My husband finished the rest of my wrap. You go to Jimmy John's for the hoodie sandwiches. Guess we will not be seeing them anytime soon. Looks like we will be going to Jersy Mike's instead. The Jimmy John's you want to avoid is located in Brooklyn Park off of Colorado Lane N. Store #803

  Food was great, sandwiches were made great. Loud rap music was a turn off. Some may like it, but maybe music 20's and 50's could eat to?

  Would not accept $100 bill on a $45 dollar order. This is not a good example of business practice. Have decided I will never return to this, or any other JJ's in the future.

  We ordered food for our baseball team from the Brooklyn Park MN store. We placed the order several hours in advance,spent $150, and tipped them. We came to get our food at the pickup time and they had not even started it because they said they were out of bread. This was 4pm. They could have set aside the bread since the order was placed hours in advance. They didn't call me or notify me that it was going to be late. They just waited for someone to show up for pickup. Now I have hungry kids with limited time between games. Then I asked if there was any way they could throw in a cookie for each kid since they are waiting at least an extra 30 minutes for food. They told me no, and that they would only do that if they made a mistake. I told them they did make a mistake, and they said "no we didn't. We ran out of bread." I said that the order was placed hours ago and they should have set aside the bread or at least called me. They said we're not doing that. This is the worst experience I have ever had any ANY restuarant or food establishment. You should be embarrassed.
