- NPNika PlasabasJun 5, 20261.0My family and I tried to order a pizza tonight from dominos. We’ve never had issues with delivery to the house. Somehow during the process our house address information was changed to our neighbors house. We realized and tried to flag down the driver but it was too late. We called the phone number to the restaurant and we appreciated the fact that they were willing to send out another order despite it being our fault. We waited for that order for an hour outside our house with the lights on to illuminate the house number. Nobody ever came but the driver had apparently delivered it. We had the door wide open and we sat in front of it. We waited up until midnight. I finally checked the app and it had our correct house number. Tried to report the issue on the app but it only offers me a free two topping medium pizza or 20% off our next order. That would only make sense if we had the food and wasn’t satisfied. We never got the food. The biggest issue was the fact that the instructions said to hand it to us as we wanted to give a cash tip and felt apologetic about the whole mix up. Now we’re a little bit angry as it seems the driver didn’t care enough to check and just deposited our food elsewhere. If they didn’t want to deliver it they simply could’ve told us over the phone instead of depositing our food wherever they felt. We admit the first time was our issue. The second time it wasn’t our fault. I’m out $28 as pizza wasn’t the only thing we ordered. A free two topping pizza isn’t remotely close to covering the money I lost nor is 20% off our order. We usually order dominos from the one down the street. Checking the address it checks out. We’ve had issues with this location before so this whole experience makes sense. Thank you for stealing from us dominos. You won’t be receiving money from us again

It's like the employees here are unable to follow directions. Sigh... Either something is missing from the order or something isn't made correctly. The TICKET they tape to the boxes have all the directions written on it clearly. How hard is it to just freaking read the ticket and get stuff right? 🤦♂️😭 I think this will finally be the last time I order from Domino's
