  This DQ used to be fantastic, and WOW has that changed. The last few times we have come the service is terrible and the quality of the treats they make is just as bad. What a disappointment from a location that used to be so great. Don't waste your money coming here.

  The new owners lack customer service skills & should realize they depend on the people who live in the neighborhood to succeed, especially without hot food. Without the neighbors they won't have a restaurant. The prices here can be much more then other DQ's in the area, for example the DQ cupcakes... This location charges $7 each but at Maple Grove you get 2 for $8! The blizzard prices are also more then other locations. This location doesn't always accept the specials DQ corporate advertise on social media & TV. As a restaurant that's been (presumably) successful as it's been there many, many years, the owners should be less greedy & work on their customer service skills to excel.

  Horrible customer service. My card was charged twice for the same item! They said that it wasn't their problem and it was the bank's problem. One lady said she was going to check the DQ bank statement, but she never got back to me. I tried calling multiple times and got no answer. Don't recommend at all! DO NOT GO THERE!!

  This use to be Brooklyn park’s beloved DQ. The guys who use to own it was so friendly, funny and super kind, Until they sold it last year. It has gone down hill feom there. Many people in the community has complained about them since they’ve taken over, But when I thought it couldnt get worst, it did. I went through the drive thru and ordered a mint cookie blizzard, they responded that they only had chocolate pw strawberry. We were confused but we brushed it off and said “ okay we will do a strawberry blizzard”. Pulled to to the window and she was hold a CHERRY DIPPED CONE! I give her a confused face and said I had ordered a blizzard. And she replied with “ u want cup?” And I said yeah blizzard in a cup. I KID YOU NOT! She put a cup on the cherry dipped cone and handed it to me. I understand that English wasn’t her first language but the owners beed to put aomeone who could understand the menu Atleast. I work with many people whos English isnt their first language but we would never leave them to run the front by themselves! Do better.
