If you have expectations of a "normal" Chipotle, this location will disappoint you. Out of lettuce and one of the meats. I ordered a burrito. The smallest amount of meat I've gotten at any location. Asked for a little more and literally got 2 chunks. Couldn't hear or understand any of the servers. For once, part of the dining area wasn't shut down, dark, with chairs up - so that was an improvement over past visits. It is not a welcoming location. The staff is not trained well in customer service. Just avoid it.

Pls have adults and not kids with attitudes working nights !
- BGB GJun 3, 20262.0Ordered a burrito with carnitas and fajita veggies cheese and sour cream...first during preparation the tortilla broke so they wrapped a second one around it...then when I received the food went to take a bite only to find it was ice cold...staff told me it was because I had veggies and sour cream and that would make it cold. I asked for a refund as the whole burrito and thought of another bad one was overwhelming. Staff argued with me and refused to refund the burrito insisting that it was my fault because of the ingredients I ordered.
- YXY XiongMay 31, 20261.0Came in on a Sunday at around 7:30pm. Not sure why they were so stingy on food portion. I requested double steak meat. Two smallest portions I've ever gotten in my life. Not worth nearly the 20 bucks I spent. Sad.
