  This location is hit or miss I was here at 6:30 pm the girl was coming out with more lettuce and then the girl making my burrito told her to put the lettuce back and she purposely squished out the ingredients on my burrito after refusing to give me lettuce that they clearly had

  I ordered a burrito bowl with a side of chips and guac. I went to pick the bowl up and then I returned to work. I opened the bag and everything but the guac was in there, I am immediately p'd off because I now have to go back over to Chipotle. I go in and the manager see that I am approaching, I said to him that I have a bowl with chips and guac, can you show me the guac? He looks at me and says would you like a side of guac, I said again that the guac is missing from the chips and guac and again he says would you like a side of guac, I just held my temples because he was missing the point. He goes to get the guac and he comes back and he asked are the chips ok, I said everything was ok and I let him know that I am at work just like he is and I should not have had to come back and he says sorry, my reply is that they are always sorry but they don't try to double check to make sure that the order is correct. I just turned and was walking out and he says thank you. By the way, the chips were stale, I should have known. I am over this company making you feel like you're the problem, double check the dang order to make sure it is correct so that customers do not have to return and complain that something is missing. Maybe they should provide you with gas for coming back because of their mess up's. My suggestion: get someone that do order checks before the order is being picked up, asap.

  Stay away...worst place to try and get food, cant even park, due to horrible parking and the horrible door dash gig workers who block you in and swear at you when asked to move, and mgmt doesn't say a word! Then when you get food they act as if they are doing you a favor and are rude and disrespectful, if I had a dollar for every eye roll or smirk id own this place. Worst staff every and mgrs does nothing to help you get out of parking lot when you've been double parked by their door dashers! What a joke

  We came with 4 children and you could immediately see the displeasure for a large order. I’m not the first reviewer to right about the staff’s non-verbals. She forgot the guacamole as I reminded her she showed further attitude to have to make it for me. Utensils were all out as well as clear water cups so we asked for a large soda cup instead. She refused and she said would have to charge for it. Lastly, there were hardly any chips in the bag and after the attitude previously shown, I didn’t bring it up as I wouldn’t have been listened to. This location needs some training and better customer service.
