  I rarely give negative reviews, but I gave this location two chances in three days, and unfortunately both experiences were very disappointing. I went two days ago and placed my order about 20 minutes ahead of time. When I arrived, there was no line, yet I watched around 8 people come in, order, and receive their food before my order was ready. I ended up waiting until about 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. To make matters worse, I found a chunk of chicken bone, or some type of bone, in my burrito while eating it. I decided to give the location another chance today as it’s right next to my work. This time, the portions were noticeably small across the board, not just the protein. Nearly every spoonful had plenty of room left on it, and I had to ask for extra of basically every ingredient just to get what I would consider a normal serving. Then, after I paid, three employees started having a conversation with each other while my food sat there instead of simply sliding it over to me. I stood at the counter for roughly 90 seconds after paying while they continued talking before I could finally get my food. Cut in and Said excuse me twice before they finally gave me my food. One bad experience can happen, which is why I came back and gave the location another shot. Unfortunately, having issues with the wait time, food quality, portions, and customer service across two separate visits makes it difficult to chalk this up to an off day. Definitely disappointing, the store up the road in Crystal is further but where I’ll be going from now on

  Chipotle is a popular fast-food restaurant that serves Mexican-inspired dishes such as burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads. While it offers a wide variety of customizable meals, my experience has been mixed. The ingredients are usually fresh, but the quality is not always consistent. Sometimes the lettuce tastes stale, the rice can be undercooked or dry, and the tortillas are occasionally wet or floppy, making the burritos difficult to eat without falling apart. Another issue is that portion sizes vary depending on the employee preparing the meal. One visit may result in a generously filled bowl, while the next feels overpriced for the amount of food received. The chips are sometimes stale, and although the queso and guacamole are flavorful, they cost extra, making an already expensive meal even pricier. The restaurant is usually clean, but long lines and slow service during busy hours can make the experience frustrating. Even though the menu offers healthier options than many fast-food chains, inconsistent food quality and rising prices make it less appealing than it once was. Overall, Chipotle has the potential to be a great restaurant, but its uneven quality, occasional stale ingredients, and inconsistent service prevent it from being a consistently satisfying dining experience.
