I picked an order for my sisters today, and I was embarrassed to hand them iced crafted presses that were 2/3rds full. This has happened to me on numerous occasions at this location. I once got my husband a large hot latte that was lighter than my medium latte because his cup had so much foam. Sad to say, but I gotta find a new Caribou that has better quality control.

She enjoyed customer service beyond the normal amount. And I have had caribou for years and there is nothing that can compare to Casey’s service. You can see she loves this place and makes it worth every visit. I am always positive and trying to spread it. But she left me speechless and handles the team so uplifted in happiness! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is my new caribou!

I clearly asked the barista for a light roast, and she said it wouldn’t be a problem—but then went ahead and poured a medium roast instead without saying anything. I don’t drink their medium roast, so that was frustrating enough. When I asked if they could just make a light roast, I got a vague excuse about not having it available, but no real effort to fix the situation or offer an alternative. In the end, I still didn’t get the coffee I asked for. Pretty poor service for something that should’ve been very simple.
