There was a short Asian girl who is working at the time of my visit and she might have been the most dismissive and disrespectful employee I've come across at a Caribou coffee. She needs a lesson in customer service.

Products aren’t bad. What’s bad is the awareness of the staff. I have an allergy to dairy, so I opt for alt milk. I do online orders to make sure I have the correct order in, no mistakes. Today, I received milk in my drink instead of an alternative. Que allergic reaction. Extremely disappointed, upset, and sick. Do better than that.

Muela was very disrespectful to me and refused to fill a tumbler with water. She claimed this was policy but also stated that she was new. Would like a manager to hire more personable staff.
While in the drive thru I asked questions about cups that were displayed in the window. I didn’t ask to hold them or purchase them or anything crazy. Just questions. Then while the window was open, I could hear the baristas calling me lazy and accusing me of trying to buy the cup through the drive thru instead of going inside. Just going on how annoying people are and how lazy I am. I get dealing with the public isn’t the best but don’t talk crap about someone who is within earshot of you.

I ordered a turtle mocha cooler from Caribou Coffee and was really disappointed. The drink came out completely soupy—basically just liquid with no thickness at all. If I wanted something like that, I would’ve just ordered a regular hot coffee.
When I asked the employee if it was supposed to be like that, she just shrugged and said, “sometimes it comes out like that.” That response alone was frustrating—no effort to fix it or even acknowledge the issue.
Definitely not the quality or service I expected. Do better.
