I have been a vegetarian for about 10 years and ate beef for the first time in 10 years. I called and the store was unable to give us a full refused but rather a $15 credit for our next purchase. Definitely consider the lack of customer service. I do unfortunate have to hold them accountable for not accommodating a full refund or understanding the full situation.

If you’re working a customer service job, especially in a fast food drive-thru, clear communication and accuracy are important. This location needs improvement in that area.
