  I did not get garlic crust on both of my large pizzas. I also did not get pesto on one of my pizzas when I had paid for it as one of my toppings. At least service was fast!

  I ordered some food for my kids today 08/22, first off it was taking way longer than the estimated time with no updates on it at all. Then when it finally got delivered it wasn’t even the right order. Not even close to it, so we called the number online. It doesn’t go to the store it goes to some random place to “help”. They didn’t. We were hung up on twice (we were not being rude, I don’t get mad usually. Accidents happen. No big deal usually) Once we finally get the sent to a supervisor we sat on hold over all for like an hour, and at the end still nothing was resolved. No food was being sent, no refund was even processed yet. Instead it was “someone will call you in 72 hrs after we investigate”. What about my kids waiting on the food I ordered, the experience fees that I pay to have it delivered. It was honestly one of the WORST experiences I have had dealing with any customer service. There was nothing done to make things right. Just basically a we will look into it and get back to you in a few days. That doesn’t resolve a single issue for me today. Avoid this place if you can. What a joke.

  Used to live in this neighborhood. Been awhile but looks like a decent functioning Pizza Hut. Glad to see the people working were friendly, welcoming and what I hope would be and the food will come next

  Good customer service chill workers, good communication. Recommend to someone thinking of ordering from here. Fresh stuff.
