  Now they start making your sandwich before they ask you what you want on it. And they're supposed to ring your sandwich up and have everything on the receipt, they didn't do that, I was missing half of the stuff I wanted on my sandwich, and then they act like they had an attitude about me. Asking is it on there? Oh yeah, it's on there. He didn't spread the meat out, they just threw it on there, closed it up, barely cut it, and that was it. Yall really need to do better and I tipped🤦🏽‍♀️

  I ordered through the app on July 1st and it was still showing order received. After 20 minutes I drove to the store and my order was sitting on the counter. When I got home they didn’t even put in meat in the sandwich. Hahaha that’s insane! This store is wild! No good! Don’t come here.

  Always the absolute slowest Jimmy John’s. The Freaky Fast slogan feels embarrassing for this location. I just sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes without moving so called the store to ask what was going on - the kid asked me 3 times what my order # was before finally comprehending what “sitting in drive thru line” meant. When I asked what was going on he said they’d get to us after finishing online orders. No apology. No slightest hint of understanding. Just basically “we don’t need your business.” Don’t waste your time here.

  Just like all the other reviews say they close when they want to close. Please change your advertised hours if you are going to close whenever. My guess is this location will be closed in less then a year.
