- RWRebecca WarrenMay 3, 20262.0Somewhere between an everything bagel and an existential crisis, there was my cream cheese situation...or lack thereof. 😐 Einstein Bros really said “what if we introduced cream cheese… conceptually,” because what I got was basically a dairy mirage. And the real heartbreak? I’m now over here writing an ode to garden veggie cream cheese. I’ll have to keep dreaming about it…because it definitely did not end up on my bagel. 😭😭😭

The food came out very very quickly.. the food itself is not the greatest and the egg was green I’m assuming from it being overcooked from sitting too long?
- CBCharles BradfordApr 30, 20261.0I orders a gourmet bagel. They decided to just give me a plain bagel since they didn’t have what I orders and payed extra for. Didn’t even give me the option until after I noticed and complained. Then both the girl at the counter and the manager both claimed that I could request a refund in the app, which is a lie. There’s nowhere in the app for you to report a complaint about an order. Apparently your company just says whatever is convenient instead of actually trying to help the customer. The cook who just made the wrong bagel, the lady at the counter who just lied about how I could get my money back, and the manager who also did the same. Everyone in the location needs training and this location needs better standards. Completely ridiculous. I will never spend another dime at this place.
- SSSaraApr 20, 20261.0Went through the drive-thru and got the avocado toast bagel (said an everything bagel with avocado) and bottled Diet Coke. The pop is flat and the bagel was a plain bagel with mashed avocado that was hard and the sprinkled with pepper. Not worth $8… after reading the reviews here and seeing management say “this is concerning” over and over with no change, I’ll pass. Hope this place can get their act together :(
