  At times not very consistent. But when the food is fresh it is wonderful! But sometimes they fall behind and servers will skimp on ingredients. Or slow and ingredients are not very favorable. I found if I go a little early on busiest days I get wonderful food.

  It’s actually a zero star but no option for that too!! I did an app order and right after I press the pay button, I realize that I made the order to the wrong location. I called right away since I just place the order and they haven’t started to order yet. I told them I needed to cancel since I made the order to the wrong place. It was a timed order too. The employee and the manager said that they cannot cancel it and I have to cancel it on my end . I told them I can’t because there was no cancel button. They said they could not help me and since they can’t cancel it in their end and only I can. I told them I can’t and then they hung up on me. I called again 3 x and they did not pick up. How can I cancel it as a customer when they don’t have a cancel option at all and the place does not want to help!! They took my order and my money !!

  Worst Chipotle, stop making anything new food wise like 2 hours before close and just say oh we're out.
