  Came from Duluth to visit family and we took the kids to the play place. I ordered a large mocha frappe with 2 shots of espresso. I ordered on the kiosk no receipt was printed, I also put in the table tent number. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to see about my order. They told me they never received it. After talking with multiple people they finally made me one. They then tried giving me 2 coupons for something. I told them I'm not from here and wouldn't use them. They said sorry that is all we can do. I will not be coming back to this location. The workers were also not welcoming and when talking with them they were dismissive and rude.

  Mc Donalds is so so here. Hit or miss if its fresh. Mc Ds as A whole is doing everything it can to reduce people interaction. Kiosk to order. people rarely up front on counter. Iv waited for 3 4 min just to talk to someone. Miss old days being greated when I walk in the door. Service is 1 as you get as little interaction as possible here. Not talking the drive thru. Talking going inside. All times all locations. Drive thru you get pulled from Forward alot here. And they always miss thing in drive thru. Chicken nuggets, sauces, a full burger. Had them miss it all one time or another. I really like the interior. Feels clean and open.

  Everytime I've gotten McDonald's from this specific location, I've gotten intensely sick. I'm not allergic to anything but every time I have chicken there (this time only 4 for the kids meal) I get sick!!! It's awful, I'm in great pain just for a kids meal. I don't know if it's poor handling or unwashed hands but as someone with a low pain tolerance and in the same food industry, I'm really disappointed.

  Cold fries and old tasting nuggets. Think I will stop wasting my money at McDonald's until they get their act together. This was not the first time.

  I went through the drive through at this McDonalds. I came through at 5:50 pm. Upon going through I noticed they were slow. When I got my food I reach in the bag to try the fries first thing. (Everyone does it) Anyway, they tasted like they had grabbed every fry out of the deep corners of the fry “warmer” and had MOUNDS of salt. Needless to say I went back through to get fresh ones. The manager was nice about it. I can NEVER get decent food at this location.
