The experience started poorly when I had to wait for someone to take my order because the employee seemed distracted, laughing and talking with someone else instead of paying attention to customers. While I tried to be understanding, things only got worse. When I reached the payment window, I observed a young female employee with light brown hair and visible tattoos behaving in a way that I found highly inappropriate for a workplace, especially in front of children. She was dancing around the register area in a manner that made me uncomfortable while I was trying to complete my purchase. The overall interaction felt unprofessional, and I was left concerned about the atmosphere and management of the store. After paying, I was directed to the second window to receive my order, but by that point my confidence in the location was already gone. A few days later, on Sunday, I returned hoping to speak with a manager. As I parked and walked toward the store, I witnessed what appeared to be a heated confrontation involving employees near the parking area. There was yelling, profanity, and behavior that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Because of what I witnessed, I decided not to approach the store at all. I am honestly shocked by how much this location seems to have changed. As someone who grew up on the East Coast, Dunkin' has always been one of my favorite places for coffee. I used to associate this store with friendly employees, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience I have had. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and uncomfortable environment have completely changed my opinion of this location. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at what is happening at this store before more customers have similar experiences
