The biggest issue is that they really should make it clear that this is essentially a drive-through-only spot; they have a walk-up window, but no public restroom access, which is misleading. On top of that, the service was subpar, and the coffee tasted burnt, it honestly seemed like it had been sitting in the pot for way too long. I usually love the brand, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this specific location.
