  me and my friends came down from canada for a concert and we’re excited to try sonic for the first time as we’ve seen the hype online. After the concert we went to sonic an hour and a half before close, by the time we made it to the order machine it was 1pm just to be told they arnt taking orders anymore unless you were uber. We were very disappointed as no one came out to tell us that they weren’t taking orders and they let us sit in line for no joke, 30 mins and waste our gas. The next day we decided to give it a second chance and once again, very slow service and staff seemed very annoyed to be there, no smiles or anything. We ordered milkshakes and they were out of whip cream, no biggie we understand that but then we also ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese, no ketchup and no pickles, we were then handed a burger with ketchup so we went back around to re order the same thing and they then handed us a burger that was just a bun, patty and pickles, litterally nothing else on there and when they guy came out to hand it to us he didn’t even apologize. We then had to go back again for the third time for them to finally get the burger right. I know they heard the modifications the first time around because we saw them on the order screen.We are very disappointed

  Super rude employees, i ordered it online before coming and I am waiting in the stall as stated in the email of confirmation, but they are like I am not bringing it outside, come to the drive thru, and I told him in the email it says go in a stall, but they were super rude, in my opinion, they should get fired effective immediately. And right now I am in the line waiting thirty minutes right to just get the food that is already cold. The worst Sonic ever!!!

  We ordered twice here in the weekend we stayed. Both times our drinks were absolutely perfect. So so delicious. The second time the owner delivered our drinks and was the absolute sweetest woman ever. She even offered my littles slushies. We will definitely continue coming to this specific Sonic when we’re here

  Honestly all around the food wasn’t good. Crispy Tenders 3 piece was gross and the tenders were super tiny and forgot my ranch. Motz sticks were okay, marinara sauce was gross. The quality of sonic food had gone down hill…. Also we were waiting for a while and had no update on our food and had to press the button to ask where our food was…

  I'm not sure why I have constant issues with mobile orders at this location. Waited in a long line for two chili dogs and a Mango Peach Still Water Refresher. I didn't mind waiting but I did mind getting nasty sparkling water. It also barely had any flavor. The lady at the window greeted me by asking me how they could help, yet a male just told me after I said I was picking up a mobile order that they'd see me at the window. From a glance inside, they seemed to be rapidly moving around and confused. Not sure how my drink order was messed up but I will pass on going to this location or probably any Sonic ever due to the drop in quality and customer service.
