  drive thru worker was just overly mad for no damn reason, mixed our order up and forgot to tell us to pay. this place is a mess. 0 stars. the food was good though i can't lie.

  I ordered a double smash burger meal with tots and a oreo milkshake and we were the only ones in the drive thru and it still took over 8 minutes to get the food and milkshake to me. The burger wasn't anything to write home about. The tots were warm which for the long wait time I was hoping for hot the only good item was the oreo milkshake which I give a solid 7/10.

  Order was placed and paid for online. According to the site, a 5 minute wait (to be ready by 2:04 pm). I was directed to pull into a stall and push the red button. I waited for 7 minutes before being greeted through the machine and was told the wait staff would be bringing my order out shortly. It is now 2:30 and I just received my food with an apology. I stated that I waited for 25 minutes for my order and wondered if it was typical. The female staff member said, no sorry, we're short-staffed. Insane.

  Placed an order and waited over 20 minutes. The order tracker had disappeared from the screen and when we pushed the button, they asked what we would like to order. We said the food we ordered 20 minutes ago? They brought it out but it was already cold.
