  I love a themed dining experience and have always wanted to go to the Rainforest Cafe! I requested a table in the main dining area deep in the rainforest and my hostess, Love, took extra care to make that happen for me. She even came to find me when it was time! Rachel was my server and she was lovely. She kept my drinks filled and was very attentive and personable. All around great experience and will be back when I'm in town.

  We had such a wonderful experience today thanks to Kara! Our food was delicious thanks to her recommendations. Without drinks, our meals were an incredible price. I ordered the bruschetta chicken and there were 2 whole breasts along with 4 shrimp with Alfredo on the plate for $25! They made my daughter and husband feel special for their birthdays. Kara was very upbeat and attentive, checking in just enough and offering kind suggestions for ordering. I had been to RC before, but my husband and daughter had not, it was fun seeing their reactions to the moving animals and “thunderstorm”. This is a core memory for kids! Such a fun experience, when you leave you nearly forget you’re in the mall.

  Tami took great care of our party of 12 at Rainforest Cafe in Mall of America. We got split into a table of 8 and a table of 4 at first, but she kept an eye out and as soon as another table cleared, she had the 4 of us moved right next to the rest of our group so we could all be together. Sweet, attentive, and clearly good at juggling a packed house. Ask for her if you're coming in with a big group!

  I want to share my families experience at Rainforest Cafe, mall of america. We were visiting from Chicago. The experience started out good, however there was a problem with our order. It was taking an extremely long time to get our food. But our server Cris who was amazing, alerted management specifically, manager Dakota who stepped in and fixed everything. While it did take a long time to get our food because of a kitchen mix-up. I guess I can say it was well worth the wait, 😆because everything was delicious, so fresh. We were accommodated for the mix-up, and grateful for the amazing customer service and attention to detail. Great job team Rainforest Cafe Mall of America!😀 We will definitely be back!!!!

  This was a very very rough experience for dinner. My friends and I went here for my birthday and had to wait around 30 minutes to be sat. We ordered right when we got seated and waited over an hour for our food. It was a long day of being out and about in Minneapolis so we were very excited to have a nice meal, but waiting this long just made us much more grumpy. The manager did come over and comp the entire meal after we brought it to the attention of our waiter which was very much appreciated. I was sad to not get the birthday desert but by that time I wasn’t ready for any more waiting. I hope that in the future they can figure out the kitchen and being able to keep up with orders on a Saturday
