  Ordered here. Waited for 30 minutes and never got any food and couldn't get a refund or talk to anyone

  This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Long wait times no matter what time you get there. They had me pull around the corner for a singular burger. Not a meal, not multiple items, a singular burger. On today’s visit I don’t think I saw a single person who looked over the age of 20. Honestly it’s getting out of hand. Management or corporate need to step up to the plate and work on getting this place staffed and productive. There is clearly no structure or support in this store.

  I visited this location with my Fiance and we had a tough time getting our order. the drive through wait times were over 20 min. inside was no different. we ordered food and then went to the counter to purchase a gift card. This was a a nightmare. The 6oung kid working the front/drive through said he could sell the gift card from the drive through redgister not the front counter. Since we were using tap to pay the young man took the phone from us to use tap and did not return the phone. We had to ask for the phone back, did jot recove the gift card until waiting about 20 min and was then told the card was processed incorrectly. Waited another 10 min. almost every person ee saw placing orders were returning to complain about the food being improperly made. The staff was 90% teenagers and were clearly in need of leadership to navigate the work load. if the drive through is packed on a sunday think twice before you stop here for food. Visited this location again. simular issues on a wed morning. little care for any guests waiting at front counter so if you need any special asistance with your dinning experience dont come to this location. i waited for about 7 min before someone came to the redgister to ask if i needed help but the man spoke no english. the manager was asked to help and he spoke a little bit of english. overall fail for guest service with food quality remaining on point

  I went to this McDonald’s location today and ordered a Double Quarter Pounder meal, asking for a cup of water as my drink. They refused to ring it up as a meal because I didn’t want soda and instead charged me separately for the burger and fries, giving me a free cup of water. It ended up costing more than if I had just ordered the meal with a soda and asked for water on the side.   Just stopped in on Easter to grab a couple coffees for my dad and I as we traveled to my aunt's house up north. I was surprised to see it open since it was a holiday and people should be off to celebrate however they see fit. That's kind of the trend now. The coffees were good and hot. We did however, wait quite a bit to get our coffees at window #2. The employees were friendly though.
