  Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order online and sat down at a table like I’ve done at many other McDonald’s locations. After waiting about 25 minutes, I finally went up to ask about my order because nothing had come out. The employee said they couldn’t find the order. One manager looked at my phone, went to the register, asked for my name, then had another employee look at my phone as well. After standing there another 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out, they came back and said they still couldn’t find anything. At that point, they ended up writing my order down on paper and starting over. In total, I spent about 45 minutes waiting for food at a location that wasn’t even busy. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology, customer service, or effort to make things right. No explanation, no coupon, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Very frustrating experience.

  Kids had a great time at this location, unfortunately I got sick from the food with a 24 hour sickness starting that night. I ordered a three chicken strip meal and they were so dry and I would not recommend them to anyone, even for the taste. I would have gone back to ask for fresh chicken, but it wasn’t possible for me to do as we were already at a crunch for time. Date: 4/27/26

  They forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich so I handed it back to them. They put an egg on the same sandwich and wrapped it back up to hand to me. This is against food regulations. They were also visibly irritated I asked for the correction and made me uncomfortable. Won’t use this location again.

  Seems like everyone who works here has been bitten by the bad attitude bug. Ice coffee was not made how I ordered it. Don’t go here, go up town.
