- BBBoomerJun 17, 20265.0As good as a Leeann Chin gets. Can get backed up around lunch, otherwise fast service. Mostly clean, had nasty sticky floors one time.

However, I was accidentally over charged almost $20 and no one on sight could correct this. It's been over a week and still no refund. If THEY don't trust THEIR OWN staff with something this basic, how can their customers trust that same staff with their food? I called the the corporate office twice and to date, no one has called me back. 6/9/26 My response to the owner: I imagine it was easier for you to ask me to jump through more hoops (upload my receipt) to get my money back rather than to call YOUR TEAM who have the original receipt. If a refund has to be done at the corporate level, then just get it done. Don't make excuses, throw your people under the bus or ask your customer to do something you could do yourself. I hope this is a learning moment for the corporate staff at Leann Chins.
