  I want to do my lunch, as routine my favorite was Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap. I was feeling to use restrooms before lunch. That was locked. I asked for code but she refused after saying it's only on your order receipt. I told her I'll give order after using restrooms, but she refused. That's why I feel very bad and postponed to do such from Jimmy Jones. They return back their own customer without selling any thing. This is the true example of their business style. Truly shameful!

  I was given the wrong sandwich. I was the only person in the store. The only person! How could you mess up one order! I could understand if it was busy but I was THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE!! HOW????

  It’s always nice ordering from here. I do the mobile order which makes it easy to be in/out. They always get the order right and are pleasant each time I go in. Thanks for such great service!

  They serve Jimmy John's at work but I said I was going to get me a sandwich. It just looked like everybody is either gouging or being a bit ridiculous. Money not a problem but I went to buy one sandwich and I was overcharged no combo nothing. If the sandwich is $9, I would like to know why i was charged 12 for just a sandwich. HonestlyI think he was just trying to be slick and he knew he was overcharging me and I told him to cancel it.
